DEALER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1). Booth space is NOT transferrable. Exhibitor tables must be occupied at all times when the dealer’s area is opened to the public. Event staff will not be responsible for watching or maintaining dealer’s space.
2). No dealer space will be fully reserved until payment is received in full.
3). Each Dealer/Exhibitor will be granted two weekend passes only, additional weekend passes can be purchased for $15.00 and day passes for $8.00. Weekend passes will allow entry into the events all 3 days . Special events that may require an additional fee are not included.
4). Dealer Set-up & Tear down: Set up hours are Thursday August 1, 2013 from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm and Friday morning 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Tear-down will be Sunday August 4, 2013 from 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm. If you need to arrive late to our show or leave early please notify us in advance.
5). Changing assigned locations or space is Not An Option at this event! If there is a special area of the Dealer room you wish to inhabit please notify us in advance (please see map). Once we have assigned you your space it is final. Adding racks, additional tables, ect. to your space is allowed as long as dealer does not exceed the boundary of the assigned space.
6). If Dealer needs Electrical hookups please notify us when filling out forms so that we can assign your space based on dealers electrical needs there is a $25 charge for electricity.
7). Wall space is based on dealers that rent 12x5 Booth space any available wall space will be assigned on a first come first serve basis (please see Dealer room map for table & booth setup). If wall space is desired please request on form & we will notify you of its availability.
8). Merchandise at dealer’s space should be suitable for family viewing, if you have any Adult or Pornographic materials we ask that you not openly display them but please be discreet with said materials, please keep in mind there will most likely be family’s at our event. If dealer can not comply then Contamination reserves the right to refuse or remove both materials & dealer from the convention.
9). Contamination is not responsible for illegal items that dealer may possess or sell! If confiscated by authorities Contamination, its principles and the Hotel are not responsible for your losses. Contamination does not condone or participate in the distribution of illegal items. Bootleg copies or other bootlegs fall into this category. Public Domain copies are permitted & are not considered illegal.
10). Any dealer or guest for that matter that appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and displays any disruptive or unruly behavior will be asked to leave the convention with no refunds given on any fees paid in advance.
11). Dealer accepts and assumes full liability for any injury or loss to themselves or their property, agents or employees at any time and from any cause while at the Contamination convention. Dealer will and can not hold Contamination and its owners or partners liable for such loss or injury.
12). The following are NOT permitted: open flames (lit candles, ect.), glues, adhesive decals, glitter or confetti, pins, tacks. We ask dealers to not deface the table or area that is provided them.
13). If a dealer needs to cancel it must be done in writing. There will not be any refunds for cancelled dealer tables after July 1, 2013. If a dealer does not show up for his or her assigned tables by Saturday when show starts, without a written request then dealer forfeits their paid fees and assigned space.
14). Tax information is available at the show.
15).If Contamination 2013 is cancelled due to inclement weather, hotel damage, construction or for any other reason then Contamination, its owners and partners will not be held liable by dealers/exhibitors and a refund will be issued.
